Shipping policy
Order preparation and delivery times:
- Orders that are not personalized or for which a different deadline is not specified in their description, will be prepared and shipped within the next 24/48 business hours. If there is any delay, you will be notified as soon as possible.
- customized orders have a different delivery time, they usually take approximately 15 days, since they are made to measure and require more processing time. The delivery time is detailed in the description of these products. As these are custom-made orders, no changes or returns are allowed.

Once the order has left our offices, we will send you a confirmation email with your tracking number and its link so you can check the status of your order.

Shipping address:
Please ensure that the address and shipping details provided are correct. If you have placed your order and the shipping address is incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible and we will try to fix it. Please note that once processed, orders cannot be modified or cancelled.
AiNA WORKSHOP SL is not responsible for incidents with the delivery address provided.
If the delivery address is not correctly completed by the client and the orders sent are returned, AiNA WORKSHOP SL will not be responsible for the shipping costs assumed by the client nor for the cost of the second shipment.
AiNA WORKSHOP SL cannot be held responsible if it is unable to ship the requested order due to circumstances beyond its control, including delays on the part of our suppliers, fires, floods, strikes, electrical problems, etc.
AiNA WORKSHOP SL is not responsible if UPS Collection Points are temporarily closed for holidays or their schedules, or if this delays delivery.
International fees and charges:
AiNA WORKSHOP SL is not responsible for any extra fees or taxes that occur during the shipment.
Shipping Options:
- PICK UP IN STORE
If you are in a town close to our store, you will have the option to pick up your order there. Once you have placed your order, you will receive a notification via email with the date and time when you can pick up your order.
Normally it takes one day.
- The hours are Monday to Saturday from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. and from 5 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.
- The address is Calle Ciutat de Balaguer nº 45, Local.
* If you are in a town that is not nearby and want to pick up in store, contact us and we will tell you how to do it.
- MRW 48/72H
Shipping made by the MRW Company.
Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email with the tracking number.
From receipt of the email, the estimated time to receive the package is between 48 and 72 hours.
If after this period you have not received your order, you can contact us and we will try to solve the incident.
Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday and also on Saturday mornings.

From receipt of the email, the estimated time to receive the package is between 48 and 72 hours.

From receipt of the email, the estimated time for you to be able to pick up your order at the UPS Collection Point is between 48 and 72 hours.

From receipt of the email, the estimated time to receive the package is between 10 and 15 days.
Delays are common in this shipping option, so if your order is “urgent” we do not recommend this option.
