Damaged Products

HAVE YOU RECEIVED A PRODUCT THAT YOU CONSIDER IN POOR CONDITION?

If so, we apologize for the setback. We always strive to deliver our items in the best possible way. 

In order to start the process, please send an email to devoluciones@ainabarcelona.com indiwith the following information:

1. Name and surname that made the purchase.

2. Order number

3. Description damage/mistake.

4. Do you want a new one or return it? We cannot guarantee but we will try our best.

5. Attach a photo of the product where the damage/mistake can be seen.

Possible damages that have arisen as a result of use are not grounds for claim. Said claim must be made within 48 hours of receiving the order.
