Shipping Policy

Deadlines for preparation of orders and delivery:

  • Orders that are not personalized or for which a different term is not specified in their description , will be prepared and shipped in the following 24/48 working hours. If there is any delay, it will be notified as soon as possible.
  • custom orders have a different delivery time, they usually take approximately 15 days, since they are made to measure and require more processing time. The delivery time is detailed in the description of these products. As they are custom-made orders, changes or returns are not allowed.

If the delivery address is not correctly completed by the client and the orders sent are returned, AiNA WORKSHOP SL will not be responsible for the shipping costs assumed by the client nor for the cost of the second shipment.

AiNA WORKSHOP SL cannot be held responsible if it cannot send the requested order due to circumstances beyond its control, including delays by our suppliers, fires, floods, strikes, electrical problems, etc.

AiNA WORKSHOP SL is not responsible for the fact that UPS Collection Points are temporarily closed for holidays or their schedules, or if this delays delivery.

Shipping Options:

  • PICK UP IN STORE

If you are in a town close to our store, you will have the option of picking up your order there. Once you have placed your order, you will receive a notification via email with the date and time in which you can pick up your order.

It usually takes one day.

  • The hours are from Monday to Saturday from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. and from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m.30 p.m.
